New York Pizza Sauce
Description
Thin, round New York pies are dressed with fresh-tasting sauce, premium quality mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of dried oregano before baking.
Makes 40 cups of sauce.
Ingredients
| 2 cans 7/11® Ground Tomatoes |
| 1 can Full Red® Pizza Sauce |
| 1⁄4 cup Corto® Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1 cup of fresh basil, chopped |
| salt & pepper to taste |
